How to update hidden values to reflect calculation and update the customer?

Ho ricevuto degli ordini, il cliente è stato informato di quanto avrebbe speso.

I calcoli sono stati fatti automaticamente dal form utilizzando alcuni valori inseriti dall'utente e altri, come il cambio valuta, lo sconto e i costi amm.vi, pre impostati da me, invisibili all'utente.

Ora devo aggiornare tali valori pre impostati, il totale dell'ordine pertanto sarà diverso da quello che il cliente ha avuto nota al momento dell'ordine.

Pensavo di entrare in ogni ordine ricevuto, uno alla volta, utilizzando il link di modifica ordine, non variare i valori inseriti dall'utente, riconfermare l'invio e generare una nuova email con un riepilogo di ordine aggiornato. Ho visto però che questo non accade, il form ripete i calcoli con i valori impostati al momento della prima submission, non tiene conto delle modifiche fatte in seguito.

Come posso refreshare gli ordini e mandare una notifica con i valori aggiornati ai miei clienti?

I understand you'd like to edit the submission, specifically the preset values in it, and send it back to your customer. If you edit the preset values on hidden fields through the tables, this will not affect the form calculation widget. However, if you edit the preset values using the edit link, it will make the form calculation work based on the changes you made to the form. Let me show you how to edit your form through the edit link:

• In Tables, hover your mouse over the submission you'd like to edit, and click on the 3 vertical dots icon beside it.
• Click on Edit entry and make changes to your preset values, then click submit. Please note that when logged in as the form owner, you'll see your hidden fields on the edit link.
  
  

Now that your calculations have updated, we can then send a notification email using an action button in the tables. Let me show you how to do that:

1. On your My Forms page, select your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.
2. In Jotform Tables, click on the Add button at the end of the rows, and go to the Buttons tab.
3. Now, select Send Email, click on Next, and select the Email template.
4. Now, just click on Create and you're done.
