Salve ho alcune domande tecniche da fare riguardo l'esportazione dei dati dei form:
- Quando esporto i dati dei form, i documenti caricati vengono scaricati male. Alcuni file sono cartelle compresse vuote, altri file sono ambigui hanno un'estensione sconosciuta e pesano 1kb, tipo questo "crc_short_blackred-01.png_nc=1". Di cosa si tratta?
- le signature, delle firme che vengono inserite dagli utenti nei form, durante l'esportazione risultano essere link a img caricate sul vostro server, quindi accessibili su internet. E' possibile avere un download anche di queste?
- Se io dovessi disdire l'abbonamento, i link delle firme continueranno a funzionare o verranno eliminate dal server?

I checked your account and it is not over the limit. You can downgrade your account to free but you need to manage your monthly limits to avoid getting the form disabled. Yes, the signature will still work but you still need to monitor your monthly limits. Please check this guide for more information about account usage and limits.
