Come posso convertire il formato di una data ottenuta con il widget modulo calcoli?

Buonasera,

ho creato un modulo che include una data ottenuta con il widget modulo calcoli partendo dalla data di compilazione del modulo e aggiungendo 3 anni.

il modulo mi restituisce una data nel formato esteso e con il nome del giorno in inglese. È possibile convertire il risultato nella forma GG/MM/AAAA?
