Uploaded files are not attached to my email

Nel modulo in allegato ho inserito l'opzione "Invia File Caricati sul Modulo come Allegati. Allega i file caricati sul modulo a questa email"
Con alcuni invii i file arrivano in allegato, con altri no.

Now, let me help you with your question. Do note that if the attachment size is more than 5 MB, it will be sent as a link to download, not as an attachment. See the screencast below for my test, in the first email: the attachments are more than 5 MB, in the second one: the Attachments are less than 5 MB:

If this is not your case, please share with us the Submission IDs that didn't include files as attachments to check them further.
