Grazie

Hello Princicom,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support and we’re sorry you’re having trouble with this. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Did you intend to create a form that is automatically disabled once a certain number of your form submissions are met? Doing that is very easy. Let me show you how:
1. Create your form.
- On your My Forms page, click on Create Form.
- Select Start From Scratch and then choose a Form Layout.
- Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list, choose the options that you want, and then drag and drop them onto your form.
2. Set the Form Status of the form to take action when a certain number of submissions are met.
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Then under the Form Status, you may select either to disable the form on the Spefic date, when a specific submissions limit is met, or both.
We also have a guide about How to set an expiration date on a form that you can check out.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
