Error 404: When opening the attachments

buonasera, ho creato un form con il quale stò reperendo delle informazioni e dei file allegati.

vorrei permettere ai miei colleghi di poter visualizzare / scaricare i file allegati cliccando sul link presente nel file excel che estrapolo dalla maschera sopra indicata

questo è il file excel, se clicco con il mio utente loggato riesco a vedere il file

se clicco loggandomi con un utente diverso dal mio ricevo un errore ( che tra l'altro ho anche autorizzato e fatto registrare tramite il suo account google, ...... mi piacerebbe renderlo pubblico senza dover autorizzare chi sta aprendo il file se possibile)

questo è l'errore, sicuramente dipende da qualche livello di autorizzazione sbagliato, cosa devo configurare per far si che la collega e altri possano accedere al link presente nel file excel?

Inoltre per quanto tempo vengono mantenuti i file allegati nei vs archivi e se c'è quale è il limite di spazio ?

Now, let me help you with your question. The 404 error will show if you are not logged in on your Jotform Account. To stop our system from asking you to login to see/download your submission attachments, we just need to disable the requirement to Login to View Uploaded Files. It's easy to do, but we'll need to do that on the Desktop version of Jotform because it's not available yet on the Jotform Mobile App. Let me walk you through it:

• Login to your Jotform account.
• Hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen.
• In the dropdown, click on Settings, or click on this link to go directly to your Settings page.
• On the Settings page, scroll down to the Privacy section and uncheck the box next to Require Login to View Uploaded Files.

That's it. Now, you won't have to login to see/download files uploaded with your submissions.
