Cosa succede se eccedo il numero massimo di risposte consentito dal piano gratuito?

Quelle vecchie vengono sostituite da quelle nuove o diventa impossibile inviare nuove risposte?

E il numero massimo (100) fa riferimento al totale delle risposte di tutte le form o solo ad una singola form?

Now, let me help you with your question. Keep in mind that for the Free (Starter) plan, there are only 100 Total Submission entries that your account can receive every month. Once you have reached the submission limit all your forms will be disabled. And yes, the count of the submissions includes all your forms.

If you are expecting more than 100 submissions per month, then I suggest upgrading your account to a higher plan. You can check out this guide on How to Upgrade My Account.

Thanks for using Jotform. Yes, since the submissions resets every month. If you happen to reach the limit, you may upgrade your account as mentioned by my colleague or delete the old submissions.
