Already deleted submissions but I'm still about to reach the Upload Space limit

    Resto in attesa,

    Saluti

    Marco

    Hi Marco,

Thanks for using Jotform. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and it seems you're about to reach your Upload Space limit. Your Upload Space is the storage given for the file uploads in the submissions. So in order to free up this space, you need to delete submissions with file uploads on them or simply delete the uploaded files. But keep in mind that deleting submission data is irreversible and will permanently remove the data from our servers so you may want to download all of your submissions first before deleting them.

Here's how you can delete the submissions:

    1. Open the Tables page of your form first. To go to your Tables page, go to My Forms and choose your form.

    2. Click the Submissions button at the top.

    3. On the Tables page, choose the submissions with file uploads using the checkboxes in the first column of the table.

    4. Click the Delete button in the upper-right part of the page.

    5. In the confirmation dialog, click the Move to Trash button.

After that, you need to delete them from the Trashed entries as well to free up the upload space.

    6. On the Tables page, click the 3 dot icon beside the tab name

    7. Select Trashed entries

    8. On the Trash window that will pop out, select all the entries and click the Delete Forever button

But if you don't want to delete the whole submission, you can just delete the uploaded files on that submission. You can check my screencast below on how you can do this from the Jotform Tables.

You can check your current upload space by going to your Account Usage page. After deleting the submissions with file uploads, clear your form cache and refresh the Jotform page so the changes in your usage are reflected on the account. If you already deleted the file uploads but you're still reaching the limit, that means that you have to delete more file uploads from submissions and from your other forms.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
