Je constate que les formulaire que j'ai créé ne sont pas accessible lorsqu'il sont publiés. Le lien affiche la page suivante:

form.jotform.com n'a envoyé aucune donnée.

ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE.

Pourriez-vous m'indiquer une solution?

Merci de nous avoir contactés et nos excuses pour les difficultés que vous rencontrez. Nous avons forcé le cache côté serveur, est-ce que vous pourriez faire une soumission test ? Si cela ne fonctionne pas, n'hésitez pas à nous le faire savoir et à nous dire si nous pouvons faire un test sur l'un de vos formulaires.

Le formulaire n'est toujours pas disponible en ligne. Vous pouvez faire un test sur un de mes questionnaire.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that. We would also like to ask for permission that make test submissions on your forms. Please send us a confirmation in this thread if you will allow us.
