However, please note that it could take longer to receive a response. Unfortunately, Card forms do not have the option to disable/entirely remove the Previous button.

If you want to have the possibility to disable/ hide the back button you will need to change the layout of your form to the Classic Form, then add the page breaks between your questions, and set the Back Button Visibility option to Hidden.  Checkout the screenshot below:
