Approval Flow: Release Appointment Slot when the Approval is Denied

    Salve, ho iniziato a testare approval definendo un flusso di approvazione semplice:
    un modulo di prenotazione orario e un'accettazione / rifiuto della richiesta.

    Quando la richiesta viene rifiutata lo slot richiesto rimane impegnato.
    Esiste un modo per sbloccarlo in automatico?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, only option to release a slot in your calendar is to delete the submission data. I would suggest downloading your submissions first before deleting them as we cannot recover deleted submission data. Let me show you how:

    1. On your Submissions table, select the submission that you wish to delete.
    2. Click on Delete.
    3. On the Pop-up window, click on Move to Trash. Approval Flow: Release Appointment Slot when the Approval is Denied Image 1 Screenshot 40

    Additionally, If you've deleted the Submission entries, you have to clear your Trash folder as well to release the slot. Let me walk you through it:

    1. On your Submissions table, click on the three vertical dots icon.

    Hi

    I've tested the procedure and it doesn't work.

    The form has some strange behaviour in particular we have edit entry 10 of the current submission table (the first submission) and He cannot reselect the same date/hour for the appointment.
    And the name/phone was deleted from the table.

    So, I have the slot of Friday, Nov 03, 2023 13:00-17:00 not selectable and no entry in the submission table.
    Please if you UNLOCK this one send me IMMEDIATELY an email to ideag@saz-italia.it in order to reserve the slot to the person.

    Thanks for getting back to us. You will need to purge the deleted submission to completely release the appointment slot. Purging your deleted submission is easy, let me walk you through the steps:

    1. On your Submissions table, click on the three vertical dots icon.
