Attachment is not included in email.

chiedo cortesemente di verificare perchè nelle email di risposta dei 3 moduli Pranzo ricevuti questa mattina dalle camere:

101 - 104 - 105 solo nella email dell modulo di risposta della 101 ho l'allegato dell'ordine mentre per le altre due camere 104 e 105 non c'è l'allegato che allego in oggetto.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

As for your concern, are you referring to your Notification Email that the attachment is not included? If so, can you share the link to your form, so I can check it out and see what’s going on? Also, can you share with us the email addresses of the users where the attachment is not included in the email?

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

Grazie per averci ricontattato. Ho controllato i log delle email e sembra che siano state inviate correttamente. Perché gli allegati PDF non siano stati correttamente allegati, non mi è del tutto chiaro, tuttavia, può essere che sia stato un errore temporaneo.

Puoi provare ad eliminare la notifica email e a reimpostarla.

Se la situazione dovesse persistere, scrivici nuovamente e indagheremo ulteriormente.
