Merge two forms into one and pass the user's data from the first one

per la mia scuola di danza ho creato due moduli con termini e condizioni diversi: uno per lezioni di prova e uno per l´iscrizione al corso se la lezione di prova é piaciuta al partecipante(questo avviene normalmente qualche giorno dopo la prova).

Il cliente deve peró nuovamente compilare tutti i dati del nuovo modulo?

esiste un modo per integrare i due moduli in modo che il cliente lo compili solo una volta e firmi una sezione aggiuntiva in caso decida di iscriversi?

Now, let me help you with your question. There is a workaround to combine the first and second forms in one form. For the second part of the new form, you should hide it and you can use the Edit link feature to allow the user to edit their form and add their signature to the form. Thanks for your patience. After combining the two forms' questions in one form, you should hide the second part of the form that is related to the non-repeated fields from the second form. Then add the Get Page URL widget to your form Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, select your form fields and click on Hide on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
3. Under the Widgets tab, search for the Get Page URL widget and add it to your form.
4. Then in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
5. Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
6. Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on Show/Hide Field. and add the below condition:

Make sure that you disabled the Jotform Sign Automation to allow the user to add their signature while editing their submission:

Now, you can add an Edit link to the Autoresponder Email to allow the user to edit their submission when they want to proceed with a subscription. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
• In the Settings menu, click on Emails and hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email.
• Click on the Pencil icon, and in the window that opens, click on the Form Fields dropdown menu and select Edit Link.
• After adding the link, click on Save, and you're done.

Check the result when the user submits the form and when they try to edit their submission with the same data:

Se ho capito bene la tua richiesta, desideri precompilare un modulo con i dati già ricevuti tramite un altro modulo. A questo scopo ci sono due possibili soluzioni, utilizzare la funzione Precompila di Jotform oppure aggiungere un Action Button alla pagina di ringraziamento.

Per quanto riguarda la funzione di precompilazione, è possibile accedervi tramite la pagina Publish. Qui troverai diverse funzioni di precompilazione, come quella manuale o quella di un modulo.

Tramite questa funzione però, la precompilazione va impostato manualmente per ogni risposta ricevuta per la quale si vuole creare un secondo modulo precompilato. Il lato positivo è che si può scegliere per ogni utente quale parte e quali campi precompilare e generare un link in qualsiasi momento da mandare all'utente interessato.

Tramite la seconda funzione invece, il link viene automaticamente generato sulla pagina di ringraziamento. Cliccandoci sopra, gli utenti possono accedere al secondo modulo con i loro dati precompilati. Ecco come fare:

1. Clicca su Settings e seleziona Thank You Page.
2. Clicca su Action Buttons.
3. Seleziona Fill Another Form, scegli il modulo da precompilare e clicca su Set Prefill.
4. Attiva l'opzione e mappa i campi che vuoi precompilare dal modulo 1 al modulo 2.
5. Clicca su Create, un pulsante verrà aggiunto alla pagina di ringraziamento.

Dopo aver compilato il modulo 1, nella pagina di ringraziamento, gli utenti troveranno il pulsante per andare a compilare il modulo 2 già precompilato con i dati precedentemente inseriti. Puoi consultare questa guida su Come Usare i Pulsanti d'Azione Nella Pagina di Ringraziamento,
