Facebook Pixel non funziona

Buongiorno

ho creato un nuovo dataset sull'account Meta della mia azienda e l'ho collegato, tramite l'ID al widget Facebook Pixel, per tracciare i lead del modulo STUDIO DI PREFATTIBILITA' FINANZA AGEVOLATA.

Il Pixel però non funziona e non traccia nessun evento. Riuscite a fornirmi una spiegazione dettagliata di come va effettuata la configurazione degli eventi? Facebook ha aggiornato di recente la configurazione dei Pixel ma sul web non trovo nessun video tutorial recente che spieghi come fare il collegamento su Jotform.

Grazie per averci ricontattato. Ho verificato il tuo modulo e sembra che il widget sia impostato correttamente per tracciare solo i Lead e le Page View.

Se il Pixel ID è corretto, dovresti essere in grado di tracciare questi due eventi nella tua dashboard di Meta. Il modulo è incorporato in un sito web immagino, potresti inviarci il link del sito in cui è incorporato il modulo? Inoltre, potresti fornirci più informazioni riguardo alla tua situazione? Puoi allegare uno screenshot o una registrazione dello schermo mentre replichi la situazione. Puoi usare Loom per effettuare la registrazione.
