Come installare un App Jotform su uno Smartphone Android

Qualche mese fa abbiamo installato una nostra app

La app è stata poi RIMOSSA, ma non DISINSTALLATA.

Ora, nel momento in cui cerchiamo di rinstallarla

Appare  questo messaggio, ma non riusciamo ad installarla, non la troviamo e non riusciamo a fare collegamento su HOME

Grazie per aver contattato il supporto tecnico di Jotform. Ho provato a installare la sua App sul mio iPhone e ci sono riuscito senza alcun problema. Dia un'occhiata allo screenshot qui sotto:

Se sta provando a installare la sua app su uno smartphone Android, le spiego come fare:

1. Appena le appare il pop up, che le consiglia di aggiungere l'app alla sua schermata Home, faccia clic sui tre puntini.
   
2. Successivamente, fare clic su Add to home screen e su Installa.
   
3. Ecco fatto, in questo modo dovrebbe riuscire a vedere la sua app sulla sua schermata Home.
   

Provi e ci faccia sapere se ha bisogno di ulteriori chiarimenti.
