Problema di collegamento tra il form e l'integrazione di google sheet

Buongiorno,

stiamo riscontrando problemi nel collegamento tra il form che abbiamo creato e il relativo collegamento con google sheet. Uso Jotform da più di un anno e non mi era mai capitato.

è già la seconda volta che alcune delle risposte fornite dai nostri clienti non vengono riportate nel google sheet, sempre secondo la stessa modalità. Noi barriamo l'ultima riga del google sheet perchè si tratta di una risposta doppia di un cliente e subito dopo un paio di risposte non vengono registrate (di solito due o tre), per passare direttamente alla 4/5 risposta successiva all'ultima da noi barrata, che però va a sostituirsi proprio a quella che avevamo barrato (ad esempio, avevamo barrato la riga relativa al cliente Mario Rossi perchè ci aveva scritto più volte, le risposte dei 2/3 clienti successivi non vengono riportate e si passa direttamente al 4/5 cliente, es. Luca Bianchi, la cui risposta però si sostituisce letteralmente a quella barrata di Mario Rossi, venendo a sua volta barrata.

With that being said, let me assist you with your inquiry. I’m really sorry that this is happening. To clarify, are you referring that you have deleted the submission of the row data in your Google Sheet integration due to having problems? If so, this could be the issue as it has affected the connection between your Google Sheet integration and your Jotform form. To resolve this, you may need to re-integrate Google Sheets in your form. It's easy, let's do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top of the navigation.
2. Click on Integrations from the left of the page.
3. Click on Google Sheets.

1. Remove the existing Google Sheet integration.
2. Click Google Sheet integration again.
3. Add a new spreadsheet and click the Save button.
