When I update the form fields in my form, how do I update Google Sheets?

Salve,

ho necessità di collegare un modulo jotform a google sheets e sto facendo delle prove.

Ho riscontrato un possibile problema:

• se modifico il modulo jotform cambiando il testo di una delle domande sul google sheets collegato non si modifica ma rimane sempre il testo inserito inizialmente. Come posso risolvere?

Si tratta di un problema perchè avrò probabilmente bisogno, nel tempo, di modificare alcuni dettagli del jotform e vorrei che il google sheets collegato sia sempre aggiornato con le modifiche effettuate.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Please note that changing the label of your form fields will not automatically change the columns in your Google Sheets until you have reintegrated your Google Sheets into your form. Basically, if you want to update the title of each column, you must first remove the current integration and then reconnect the existing Google Sheets.  Let me show you:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
• In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option on the left side of the screen.
• Select the Google Sheets integration.
• Then, click on Remove Integration, and then Yes, Remove!

Now, let's connect the Google Sheets Integration again:

• In Form Builder, circle back to Settings at the top of the page.
• In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option and Google Sheets integration again.
• Now, select and connect your Google account.

• Select an option, whether you want to Create a New Spreadsheet, or connect your existing spreadsheet.
• Choose your form fields.
• Click on Save, and that's it, you're done.
