Come posso incorporare una form in Wordpress senza che appaiano le barre di scorrimento?

Al link qui sotto ho provato ad inserire la mia form in due modi diversi:

• il primo ho usato le Vostre istruzioni per incorporare una form in Wordpress però, sopratutto se la visualizzo da cellulare, mi appaiono le doppie barre di scorrimento della pagina che secondo me confondono l'utente.
• nel secondo caso invece ho copiato il codice sorgente con il risultato che volevo però, ovviamente, se modifico la form da Jotform, le modifiche non si aggiornano...

Preferirei incorporarla ma vorrei risolvere il problema descritto sopra.

Allego anche una foto del mio cellulare per far capire meglio la problematica; si vede che se involontariamente si scorre il dito sulla form si può spostare fuori dallo schermo.

Now, let me help you with your question. I'm currently looking into this, but to confirm, are you using the iFrame embed or are you using the Wordpress option?

When I embed this as an iFrame option, I'm not seeing the same issue on WordPress and the form loads normally

If possible, can you share a screenshot of the form in the page builder, so we can look into this further?

Now I corrected the second hypothesis and copied the IFRAME code and everything works fine!

But I would like more to be able to use the embedded code (the first ) to allow automatic updates if I fix the form on jotform.

My problem with embedding with WordPress is that the form works well on desktop BUT on mobile it "moves" and causes problems for the user.

Thanks for getting back to us. We're glad that the Iframe embed worked on your website. Unfortunately, I'm unable to see the link that you sent, as it is showing a page not found. See the screenshot below:

You can still use the WordPress embed, but there may be compatibility issues depending on the device being used. As a workaround, the Iframe embed is the suggested embed code since it lessens script conflicts with your website. You can check this guide on Which Form Embed Code Should I Use.

If you open this page with a mobile you can view that the first form (incorporated with wordpress) can be moove from right to left and this is a problem for inexperienced user....

I think that if you don't give me advice how to embed well the form I will have to decide to copy the form statically with iframe.

Thanks for getting back to us. I can see that you are not using the iFrame embed code as suggested by my colleagues earlier. I cloned your form and tested it on a WordPress website using the iframe embed code to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

I recommend you to use the iframe embed code to embed the form on your website. This is the recommended and the best option to embed a form on any website. Please note that if you use iframe embed code you don't need to update the embed code again and again if you make changes to the form. Once you have added the iframe embed code to your website, any changes you make to the form will be updated automatically.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
