Come avere una tabella che comprenda le aprovazioni di due moduli?

Buongiorno,
io ho un modulo di richiesta d'ordine d'acquisto.
Con un primo modulo si fa un'approvazione dell'ordine, con un secondo modulo riprendendo il numero d'ordine univoco si inserisce il riferimento dell'ordine effettuato.

Detto ciò mi serve una tabella che unisca tutte e due le approvazioni.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, it is not possible to directly combine the submissions of the two forms. However, as a workaround, there are two options you can try:

1. Create a New Tab in your Jotform Table and connect it to a form.
2. Use the Combine Submission App.

To do the first option, follow the instructions and screenshots below:

• Click the Add Tab button.

• Select Table then click the Next button.

• Select Connect to Form then click the Next button.

• Select a Form then click the Next button.

• Select the fields you want to import then click the Create button.

To clarify, this does not combine the submissions in one tab, only adds them to the same Jotform Table.
