È possibile far interagire 2 moduli fra loro dove uno è un ordine del cliente e l'altro è la check list per il magazzino? L'idea è che l'ordine effettuato su un modulo vada nel secondo modulo sottoforma di check list

Hi Michielotto,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I understand that you want to have 2 connected forms where the first form will take the orders of the customer and the second form will be prefilled and sent to the warehouse as a checklist. Unfortunately, it is not possible to save the items selected in the Product List element from the first form and forward it to the second form. There is no automatic way to do this.
The closest that I can suggest is that you use widgets take the Gift Registry widget as an example and then use the tables prefill option to view the selected options from the first form via a Long Text element. Let me walk you through it:
1. In the first form, add the necessary fields. Then, add the widget that you want to collect the product data. In this example, the Gift Registry widget is used.
2. Once submissions are made, proceed to the second form and make sure the necessary fields are also added to make sure the Tables prefill will work. In the example, a Long Text element is added to save the selected Products.
3. Next, go to the Publish tab in the orange navigation bar.
4. Click on Prefill in the left menu.
5. Select the Tables Prefill option
6. Select the first form's table and it will automatically match the fields. Make sure that the selected product widget is also mapped and click on the Save Settings button.
7. Then, click on the Add a New Prefill button.
8. Select the submission entries from the first form's table and then click on the Create button in the upper-right corner of the page.
9. Each of the entries will be created with their corresponding URL that you can click to view the second form with the prefilled data from the first form.
You can view the list of items selected from the first form in the Long Text element in the second form.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? If you could share with us the workflow of your process, then it would help us better understand.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
