Buonasera,
Grazie mille e buona serata,Alice

Hi webmastertoolid,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Is this the form in question? If so, I can see that you are using the PayPal Business integration which can only be connected to PayPal by login in to the PayPal Business account.
Our PayPal Pro integration allows you to connect the form by entering the API credentials. You can use that option if that works for you. Let me show you how to switch from PayPal Business to PayPal Pro integration:
- In the Form Elements window, go to Payments.
- Click on the Three Dots icon on the right of PayPal Business.
- Select Switch to another gateway.
- Select PayPal Pro from the pop-up.
- Click on Use Selection.
If you need to keep PayPal Business, you can share the collaboration link with the PayPal account owner so he/she will have access to your Form Builder and login into his/her PayPal account. Please check our guide about Understanding Form Collaboration Inside Form Builder.
Please give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
