Account was suddenly suspended when trying to upgrade subscription

    Gentilissimi, sto provando a loggare al mio account per effettuare upgrade del piano ma il mio account è stato sospeso! E' possibile riattivarlo immediatamente?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with the status of your account. I checked your account and found it was due to failed payment attempt. It seems that your bank is not allowing you to proceed with the payment, as a result, the transaction was tagged as fraud. I reactivated your account and flushed your subscription payment attempt. Can you try to upgrade your account using a different card?
