Come scaricare presentazione in Power Point

Buongiorno,

ho predisposto una serie di questionari, ho scaricato i file in Excel però avrei la necessità di scaricare i report in formato power point, ma riesco solo a ottenere il risultato in PDF.

Ho anche provato a scaricare il link del report che devo inoltrare tramite mail, ma chi riceve il link non riesce a visualizzare nulla perché non è loggato con l'account Google.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Right now, you can only download the submissions in CSV, excel, or pdf format, the PowerPoint format is not yet available. Also, you can try changing your account settings and disabling the requirement to log in to View Uploaded Files. Let me show you how:

1. Login to your Jotform account.
2. Hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen.
3. In the dropdown, click on Settings, or click on this link to go directly to your Settings page.
4. On the Settings page, scroll down to the Privacy section and uncheck the box next to Require Login to View Uploaded Files.
