Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian support is not available at the moment. Hence, I am using a translation tool to respond to you in English. However, if you still want us to forward your ticket to our Italian support team, we can do that. But please note that there could be a delay in response to the ticket.

Now, regarding your issue, do you mean to say that you want to receive the notification email in Italian language (i.e., the email that you receive after someone submits your form)? If yes, you will need to manually edit the email content and enter text in Italian language. Please review and let us know if you are referring to something else.
