Precompilazione Manuale: Il modulo non riporta i dati precompilati

Ciao, ho un problema con i form precompilati. Quando apro il link del form precompilato la scelta del campo pre compilato non compare. Come posso risolvere?

Goodmorning, I tried speaking to an operator via live chat. I also did a cache reset but the problem persists.

When I try to use a pre-populated field I use the manual pre-population procedure, I select the field but when I open the dedicated link, the pre-populated field is not saved..
