Now, let me help you with your question. Are you referring to the form you created in your account? If so, the reason why you're not able to access your form is because you've reached your Monthly Submission Limit. This is the maximum number of times you can use a feature every month. When you hit a monthly limit, you can either wait for the counter to reset which happens on the first day of each month, or upgrade your account to increase your limits.
