    il link per compilare il modulo di rimborso per il concerto posticipato di rauw alejandro del 17/09 non mi funziona.

    attendo riscontro perché urgente.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and it is a Guest account with no subscription history in it. Can you share with us the email address or username of that account so that we can check? Also, when requesting a refund, you will have to log in to the account with the paid subscription or we won't be able to process it for security reasons.

    Please log in to the account with the paid subscription and create a forum thread from the Contact Us page requesting a refund. We’ll be happy to help.
