Now, let me help you with your question. If you have not purged the deleted form, this can still be recovered in your Trash folder. Here's how to do it:

1. In My Forms, on the lower left side of the screen, click on Trash.
2. Hover your cursor over the deleted form.
3. On the right side of the screen, click on Restore.
