Now, let me help you with your question. After your form is filled out, you can send an autoresponder to the email to the recipient who needs to sign it. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element.
- Go to the tab and add the Get Form Page URL widget.
Next, create an Autoresponder Email and make sure to add the Edit Link. Here's how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Now, click on Add an Email.
- Next, select Autoresponder Email.
- Customize the options the way you want them.
- Under the Email tab, click on the Form Fields on the right.
Then create a condition that will ask for the signature field once your employee clicks the Edit link button after receiving the autoresponder. Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with. Here's an example:
