Custom PDF: Add charts and graphs with survey results

In addition, I would like to create a standardized PDF report that, based on the score of the survey, shows graphs and comments exhibiting the results. Is it possible?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. Unfortunately, is not possible to add automatically graphs based on each submission to a custom PDF. However, if you want to create a custom PDF for each submission including all the fields filled and the survey score, it's possible. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder click on the small Arrow in the upper-left part of the page.
2. Select PDF Editor.
3. In the PDF Editor, you can fully customize your PDF.

If you want to create a visual report, you can do it from the Report Builder. You might want to check out this guide about How to Create Form Reports in Jotform.

The report created, unfortunately, can't be automatically added to the PDF template created in the PDF Editor.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately is not possible to add graphs and charts based on the users' answers in the PDF. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. 

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
