Problema tasto invio per riga a capo

Buongiorno chiedo come è possibile scrivere un testo sulla parte di descrizione di un modulo utilizzando però il tasto riga a capo (tasto INVIO).
Non riesco a farlo funzionare a questo punto credo che debba o essere abilitato o che ci sia un metodo alternativo in maniera tale da far risultare un testo ordinato.
