Grazie a presto
Daniela

Hi Daniela,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me answer your questions one by one, I will put the translated version here:
Is it possible for those who register to choose whether to pay online or in cash at the headquarters of the association? Or is it necessary to make two different forms?
- You will have to make two payment forms and then embed them into the main form because it is not possible to put two payment integrations on one form. Let me show you how:
1. In the Form Builder of the Main Payment Selection form, click the Add Form Element on the left side of the page.
2. Add a Single Choice field that the users can use to choose the payment method of their choice.
3. Go to the Widgets tab and add two or more Iframe Embed Widgets depending on how many payment methods you want to add.
4. Create two separate Payment forms with different payment merchants or login credentials.
5. Once you are done setting up the Payment forms, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
6. Click on Quick Share on the left side of the screen.
7. Click the Copy Link button and go back to your Main Payment Selection form.
8. Select the Iframe Embed Widget and click the Wand icon.
9. Paste the copied Form URL under the Frame URL and click the Update Widget button.
10. On the Main Payment Selection form, make sure to delete the Submit button since the users will submit their form on the embedded forms and not on the Main Payment Selection form.
11. In the Form Builder of the Main Payment Selection form, select the Iframe Embed widgets and click the Gear icon.
12. Go to the Advanced tab and toggle the Hide field button to ON.
13. Now we will set up the conditions for the Single Choice fields. In the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
14. Click on Condition on the left side of the screen.
15. Select the Show/Hide Field.
16. Add these conditions where the specific Iframe Widget will show depending on the user's choice.

As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
