Buongiorno, a fine modulo, in fase di click sul pulsante invio (o tap sul cellulare) mi appare un messaggio che indica nel form sono presenti errori da sistemare e che non può andare avanti fino a quando non si sistemano. Purtroppo però non riesco a capire cosa crea l'errore. Mi potete aiutare per cortesia?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. But when the error message showed, I filled in all of the required fields, and the error disappeared, allowing me to submit the form. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Before submitting the form, you must ensure that all required fields are completed.

Hi, unfortunately I can't solve it. The fields are all filled in correctly, but it continues to give me an error when sending. Even testing the module in preview, I get to the bottom, so there are no compilation errors. Maybe it's something related to the conditions entered? (they all seem very simple to me).
I intend to upgrade to launch the module for my business, but this problem is blocking me. Can you help me? Thank you very much kind regards.

Or is the problem related to encryption? I noticed that if I set it as encrypted it doesn't give errors

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I was able to submit it successfully, even when the form was both encrypted and decrypted. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Can you please provide us with the fields that generated the error? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here. It would also be better if you could also provide a screencast so we can follow the steps that you created. You can use Loom for this.
