Modulo disabilitato

    salve, il modulo da me arrivato è stato disabilitato. Potreste riabilitarlo per favore?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I would just like to know, did you receive a form that you need to fill out and is disabled? If so, can you please provide us the form URL link so we can further investigate this? Also, after checking your account, I have seen that your account is currently OVERLIMIT so I have gone ahead and recalculated your limits to activate your account. If this is what you are referring to, please let us know.

    This is the case for my account so I would appreciate if you can reactivate my account an the forms that I have.

    Thanks for getting back to us. If you can share the link to your form, I can check it out and see what’s going on. Here is your guide on where to find your form URL or you can follow the steps and screencast below:

    • Go to the Publish tab.
    • Select Quick Share from the left panel.
    • Look for the Copy Link and click it, then paste it here in the support ticket.
