    Buonasera,

    abbiamo erroneamente fatto l'upgrade del piano, che per adesso non è necessario (vorremo comunque farlo più avanti).
    È possibile avere il rimborso della cifra?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment.     Now, let me help you with your question. I have looked into your account and I see that you have upgraded twice. You first upgraded to Silver and then downgraded to Bronze. Just to confirm, do you mean you want to be back on the Starter Plan? If so, We can forward this to our Billing Department but before doing so, we suggest you keep your limits within the Starter Plan. It seems you have more than 5 forms in your account at the moment and submissions. Once you are back on the Starter Plan, any submission above your limit will be archived as well as the forms. Or if you want to be back to the Silver Annual Plan? Once you confirm how you want to proceed, kindly let us know.
