Il numero di invii con pagamento mensili delle varie offerte, sta ad indicare il numero di moduli che possono essere inviati con l'integrazione del pagamento, oppure il numero di persone a cui può essere inviato un modulo con l'integrazione del pagamento (e quindi il numero massimo di persone che potenzialmente possono pagare tramite quel modulo)?

Now, let me help you with your question. I assume that you are referring to the monthly payment submissions. Here is an example:

The monthly limit of 10 payment submissions is dedicated to Starter accounts. This is the number of submissions that have payment integrations on them. For instance, you have Paypal payment integration on your form, if a user fills out the form, submitted it, and completed the payment, then that would be counted as a payment submission. It's on a per-month basis. Your payment submission count will reset back to 0 every 1st of the month. If you wish to receive more than 10 payment submissions, you will need to upgrade your account. You can check the difference in limits for different plans on this link.  This guide will also be useful to understand what each limit means.
