Nel mio modulo Ho inserito alcuni prodotti a zero euro ma non mi fa andare avanti se non riempio di dati di pagamento è possibile in caso il carrello sia a zero procedere senza passare dal pagamento ?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. When the total amount to pay is zero (0), the Payment field will become unrequired, and you will be able to skip the credit card information fields. Check out my screencast below to see an example using the Stripe Integration in the Payment field:
