How to translate form to English?

Now, let me help you with your question. I cloned your form 232002548523043 and tested it to see if I can replicate the issue but everything was working properly. It seems that you have successfully translated the form into the English Language as I can change the form language to Italian from English and vice versa. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

You just need to change the form's language from the Language option displayed at the top right corner of the field.
