Hi UNIPOBO,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Are you referring to the Jotform Branding? If so, yes, since you're on a paid plan, you can remove the Jotform Branding from your form but we need to do that on your Jotform Account Settings page on your computer because it's not available yet on the Jotform Mobile application. Let me walk you through it:
- Open your My Forms page and hover your mouse over your Profile Picture/Avatar on the right side of the page.
- In the little window that opens up, click on Account Settings.
- Then, on the left side of the screen, click on Account.
- Once in Account Settings, scroll down a little to the Jotform Footer section and uncheck it.
Now, you shouldn't be able to see the Jotform Branding on your form. But, if you were referring to something else, can you send us a screenshot of the logo that you want to customize so we can look into it first? This guide will show you how to do that.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

UNIPOBORisposta del 13 agosto 2023 alle ore 01:50Devo trasformare questo modulo in questionario. Ho provato a caricarlo ma
rimane un pdf. Io ho la necessità che venga trasformato in campi separati.
Come fare senza doverlo ridigitare tutto?

Hi UNIPOBO,
Thanks for getting back to us. As I can see in your new form ID 232225376131044, you uploaded a PDF to make it a form with the use of the Smart PDF Forms tool. With this tool, there is no way to convert directly all the PDF into a new form with the same layout, but you can build a form from which some or all fields of your form will be printed to the PDF in its own layout.
To do this, it's easy, let me walk you through this example I did with a clone of your form in Smart PDF:
- Open your form, and click on the Add Form Element with the + icon on the left side of the window.
- In the Form Elements panel, select an element to add to your form and to tthe PDF such as, here for instance, the Signature element.
- Once the Signature Element is added to the form, a field is instantiated both in the form and in the PDF.
- Then you can drag and drop the green field shown into the PDF where it needs to be in the PDF layout. For instance, here the Signature element is moved to the bottom of the first page of the PDF.
Then, following these steps, add all the Elements in the form you need to make the PDF fields filled in by the submitter. In this example with only the Signature element, the form will look like the following:
- When filling out the form, with the signature.
- As soon as the submitter clicked on the Submit button, the Jotform Server is filling the PDF. This step may take some seconds to be completed.
- Then, the filled-in fields such as the signature are printed out to the PDF which is now ready to be submitted as it is shown.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
