Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We’re sorry if you’re having trouble with ReCaptcha showing on your form every time a user submits a form.
The one you are referring to is the Anti-Spam Captcha, this Captcha is automatically activated when a system detects unusual activity on the form from the exact IPs. If users are on a shared IP address, that is a possible reason for this to come up.
It's a security measure in place to prevent spam submissions. I have added your account to our whitelist. To remove the ReCaptcha, the form needs to be whitelisted.
