Buongiorno, abbiamo notato che con la nostra integrazione di Zapier non vengono trasmesse le informazioni relative alle modifiche dei moduli ma solamente relative al primo invio.
Ci risulta che inizialmente questa cosa accadesse. Sapete aiutarci?
Grazie

Hi Davide,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Zapier integration only covers new submissions as shown in the screenshot.
While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform.
I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

I am quite sure that some edited submission passed through Zapier some weeks ago...
We built our system this way. Is there any way to fix it?

Hi Davide,
Thanks for getting back to us. Could you share with us a screenshot of your Zapier configuration so that we can test it out on our end? Also, please share with me the link to your form that is used by Zapier integration.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi Davide,
Thanks for getting back to us. I have cloned and tested your form and I was unable to update the record when editing submission data when using Zapier integration with Google Sheets as shown in the screenshot.
I have followed your Jotform configuration in Zap. If your Zapier integration wasn't done with Google Sheets, could you also share a screenshot of the configuration with us?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi Davide,
Thanks for getting back to us. To confirm is the integration set up in Zapier like Jotform - MYSQL - Google Sheets? or it is just Jotform directly to MySQL using Zapier? Could you also share a screenshot of the configuration with us? This will help us investigate the issue and test if we can replicate it on our end.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi,
Thank you for the confirmation that it is Jotform - MySQL using Zapier. I assumed it was this one https://zapier.com/apps/jotform/integrations/mysql
As for your concern, if I understand correctly what you wanted to do, you need to be able to pass to MySQL edited submissions from Jotform. Unfortunately, as previously mentioned, there is no trigger available for "edited" submissions on Jotform side to auto update the data to MySQL side. You can review all the triggers and actions available in the Zapier website. As you can see in the screenshot image next, the available trigger is only for New Submissions.
So for now, we have submitted a feature request ticket to our Development team to add trigger to Jotform side for edited submissions when using Jotform - MySQL via Zapier. We cannot provide you any time table as to when this will be available, but we will announce and inform you via your email for any news/updates related to this feature.
On the other hand, I also would like to share to you that passing submissions to MySQL directly without using 3rd party bridge app i.e. zapier, is available. Please see our user guide.
How to Send Submissions to Your MySQL Database Using PHP
Even edited submissions can be pass on if using this feature. The only downside is you need to have PHP programming on your side as PHP scripts are server side. Well it will not be a disadvantage if you actually have the resources (programmer and website) available.
I hope this helps. Please let us know if there is anything else we can be of assistance.
