Non riesco ad integrare il form "Fragranze Italiane" con il mio clickup.
Non appare il "task".

Now, let me help you with your question. am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've cloned your form and tested it, but I was not able to replicate the issue. I am able to create tasks successfully in the Click UP account. Check out the screencast of my results:
Also when I checked your form setting I saw that the integration is missing some of the form fields.
To avoid this could you please remove the integration first and then add it back to the form? Please ensure to map all the fields correctly. Additionally, you can check out this guide on How to Integrate with click up.Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

no problem we can communicate in ENG.I just saw italian language into help page...
Anyway, you are right, there is some missing fields, I tried to correct and now is ok.
I'll let you know if any problem in the future, sorry for this stupid trouble.
