How do I decrypt submissions if I've forgotten my password?

Now, let me help you with your question. Did you mean you forgot your Jotform account password or the password to decrypt your form submissions? 

Unfortunately, when your form was encrypted, the password that was generated is the only password you'll use to decrypt your submissions, so if you lose your password, you’ll lose access to the data for your form and we can’t recover it for you.

In the meantime, you can disable form encryption to view new submissions as they come in. We have a guide about Encrypted Forms 2.0 that you can check out. If you have forgotten your Jotform password, this guide will show you how to reset it.
