Problema con un modulo

Salve, non lavoro da molto tempo con i vostri moduli.

Ho provato a creare un modulo (link qui : https://form.jotform.com/232054116254345 ) , in questo modulo, ad ogni risposta è assegnato un punteggio.

Dovrei riuscire a creare dei report con questi punteggi quando i miei clienti rispondono, ma al momento in cui clicco su CREA REPORT, appare questo errore: An unexpected error occurred . We're notified about the error and will fix the issue shortly.Please try again later.

Ho perso un sacco di tempo per creare questo sondaggio, ma senza i report visivi non mi serve a niente !!

Sometimes, an unexpected error occurs when your login has expired. I suggest you login to your account and try to create a report from your My Forms page.

Perhaps there was a short-term issue that resolved itself. Could you please give it another attempt and let us know how it goes? If the issue persists, we will investigate it further to see if we can figure out what is going on. I cleared your form caches to see if that would help.
