Now, let me help you with your question. I understand you want to set min quantity of the products. Yes, that is possible to do by setting Default Quantity. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, double-click on the products.
2. Click on the little Gear Icon.
3. Under the Options Tab, click on the pencil Icon on the quantity selector.
4. Enter the Min product in the Default Quantity.

Thats it, give it a try, and let us know how it goes.

I tried to set a min quantity but that's not mandatory for the customer.

I mean, even if the min quantity set is "15" (for instance), the customer can always delete the number and set a lower quantity.

Is that right?

I need a way to set a minimum quantity that cannot be lowered by the customer.

Would that be possible?

Hi Daniele,

Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, you are correct, when you set a default value the customer will be able to decrease the quantity. However, this has been changed in our new Product List element. If you want to set a minimum quantity and freeze it you will need to delete the existing products and then add a new one. This will apply our updated product list features. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, double-click on Products.
2. Click on the little trash icon to remove it.

3. Click on Add New Product and click on the little gear icon in the product.
4. Under the Options Tab, click on the pencil Icon on the quantity selector.
5. Set up your quantity range.

That's it with the new Product list, the customers won't be able to change the default quantity.
