Precompilazione e condivisione modulo

Buonasera.

Ho due necessità e quindi due domande.

Devo creare un modulo da un file PDF che, al termine della compilazione riporti tutte le informazioni nel PDF stesso, compresa la firma di chi compila il modulo.

Domanda1:

Vorrei precompilare una parte del modulo prendendo i dati da una base dati, da un xls o manualmente.

Domanda 2:

Vorrei poter condividere il modulo precompilato con il cliente che termina di compilare il modulo e lo firma, reinviandomi il PDF compilato e firmato.

Ogni cliente avrà il suo modulo precompilato quindi un link specifico per ogni coppia modulo/cliente

Sarebbe possibile conla vostra piattaforma? Sono funzionalità comprese nei vari pacchetti, o sono aggiuntive?

With that being said, let me assist you with your inquiry. You can upload your PDF form and convert it into a Smart PDF Form by following the guide here.

You can manually fill out a form before sending it out to your clients for them to complete it. Each manually prefilled form will generate a unique URL that you can copy and send externally or you can also send it via email from the form builder. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. Click on Prefill.
3. Choose Manual Prefill.

Thank you for your answer. Everything is clear and the platform seems to
be great.
I'm considering signing up for a Bronze plan.
Is it possible to have more than one user? How much does each new user cost?
Can a user be limited in using only some features?
My need is to have a user who can create and edit forms (admin) and a
user who can pre-fill them, send them to the customer and view the
answers (operation).

Grazie per averci ricontattato. Con i piani a pagamento Bronzo, Argento e Oro è possibile avere solo un account e solo il proprietario dell'account è autorizzato ad accedervi. Se hai bisogno di avere un account dotato di più credenziali e di accessi multipli allora, ti consiglio di dare un'occhiato al nostro piano Enterprise. Qui puoi trovare la pagina a cui contattare il reparto di vendite per ottenere un preventivo.

Nonostante non sia possibile avere più di un utente con i piani standard, è tuttavia possibile aggiungere dei collaboratori per lavorare sui moduli consentendo loro di apportare modifiche in tempo reale. Qui puoi trovare una guida su come Comprendere gli Strumenti di Collaborazione dei Moduli.

Posso essere contattato da un commerciale per capire quale soluzione
adottare?
Immagino che l'account Enterprise abbia un costo elevato.
Devo capire se è giustificabile per quelle che sono le mie esigenze.
La soluzione del doppio account potrebbe essere un workaround ma
lascerebbe al collaboratore la facoltà di modificare la struttura del
modulo.
Io vorrei che invece potesse avere accesso alla sola funzione di
precompilazione.

In regards to the collaboration feature, you can modify the access settings and only give the collaborator read-only access so they do not make changes to your submission data.
