Modifica layout messaggio personalizzato dopo l'invio

Ciao,

Invio questa richiesta per sapere come mai non è possibile modificare il testo come indicato in oggetto.

Invio in allegato uno screen in cui mostro un'esempio. Vorrei capire come mai posso usare solo BOLD, CORSIVO e collegare LINK.

Esiste un modo per personalizzare il testo giustificandolo a sinistra o destra. Oppure andare a capo e dividere il testo in blocchi.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. There are options and a tool bar allow you customize the custom Thank you page when changing it by condition. Please take at the below screenshot:

I have checked the configurations of your three forms but I didn't see any condition set to change the Thank you page as shown on the screenshot you provided. Can you send us the form URL in question so that we can verify it?

Sinceramente non so perchè a me non compare la possibilità di poter
modificare il layout del testo. Invio uno screen in allegato di ciò che
visualizzo.
Forse dipende dal tipo di abbonamento che abbiamo, quindi non abbiamo
questa funzione?

With that being said, let me assist you with your inquiry. Please note that all features of Jotform can be accessed by all of the users. As I checked, it seems that you are referring to your Card Form. Unfortunately, Card Forms has limited customization as we cannot inject a CSS code to fully customize it. You can check the differences between Card and Classic forms when creating Change "Thank You" page condition below:
