Come eliminare l'account

Now, I'll help you with your question. Sure, you can cancel your subscription, but it should be done on the Desktop version of Jotform, rather than the mobile app. It's easy, let's do it:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.

2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.

3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

4. There will be a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Please follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan.

Grazie per aver contattato il supporto tecnico di Jotform. Potresti indicarci l'indirizzo email associato all'account Jotform? Ho notato che hai inoltrato la richiesta da un account ospite. Seguendo la procedura indicata dal mio collega dovresti essere in grado di passare da un piano a pagamento al piano Starter, completamente gratuito.

Se invece desideri eliminare il tuo account allora, ecco come fare:

1. Clicca sul tuo Avatar e seleziona Settings.
2. Nel menu a sinistra clicca su Account.
3. Scorri in basso e clicca su Delete My Account.
