Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Adding a link to your form is easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the + Add Element
2. Drag and drop the paragraph field to your form and click on the pen icon to edit
   
   
3. Click on INsert/Edit Link
   
4.  Type in your link to the URL, and the text you want to be shown to the Text to display part then click Ok.
