Now, let me help you with your question. If I understood what you’re asking, do you want to merge your both form fields? If so, you can merge two different forms using Jotform's Field Manager app. Let me show you how:

1. Open this link and then click on Open Integration.

2. Click on Manage Fields and allow Field Manager to access your Jotform account.

3. Click on Open a Form to Begin.

4. In the Form Picker window, choose your first form and then click on Continue.

5. In the second Form Picker window, choose your second form.

6. Select the fields on the second form, and then click on the blue Arrow icon in the middle to transfer those fields to the first form.
